About Heart Community
A regional community located on the Mid North Coast in Woolgoolga & West Lanitza NSW.
We facilitate a weekly timetable for the community at Flourish Movement Studio. We are currently building our retreat space in Lanitza on country 50mins from Coffs Harbour CBD to be opening 2024!
Creating a sanctuary where individuals prioritise their creativity, well-being and artistry by unearthing the healing powers of nature, dance, animal connection, yoga, and meditation. Where creativity serves as a catalyst for self development, connection, community building, and positive change.
